Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If received a damaged or defective item, we offer the following return, and exchange guidelines:

  1. Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days, we are unable to process any refund requests. To submit a request please send to billing@h2thinvirtual.com. Please note that you need to cover the stocking fee.

  2. Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original, unopened condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please take a photo of the item and immediately contact our shipping department at shipping@h2thinvirtual.com. If the issue is verified and your claim is deemed valid, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  5. To cancel your subscription, please do so at least 30 days before your next order delivery date. Cancellations made after this period may not be processed in time, and refunds will no longer be possible.

  6. Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. No refunds or store credit will be issued for missed codes.
