Subscription & Membership Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth management of your subscription or membership, please note the following terms regarding cancellations:
Cancellation Notice: In order to avoid future charges, clients must notify us of their intent to cancel their subscription or membership at least 30 days prior to their next billing date.
Billing Cycle: Cancellations made within 30 days of the next billing cycle will not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge.
Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is received, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the next steps and the effective date of cancellation.
Please be aware that failure to provide timely notice may result in an automatic renewal charge. We encourage all clients to monitor their subscription or membership renewal dates to avoid unwanted charges.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please take a photo of the item and immediately contact our shipping department at shipping@h2thinvirtual.com. If the issue is verified and your claim is deemed valid, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Missed Discounts. Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. No refunds or store credit will be issued for missed codes.
