I cook my eggs in it, spread it on my toast with a little cinnamon and a healthy sweetener, or add on top of my vegetables and meat. Any way you enjoy butter you can enjoy this. I love butter! But, have switched to using SCT as ahealtier alternative and love it!. Geat in Coffee, over veggies, any way you would use butter. Great taste.
I use TMs daily to flavor food and for the detox/hydration benefits. Can't imagine FOOD - or even coffee - without them!:)

The oil is very tasty. It makes my food more flavorful. I believe I prefer it over butter any day. This is my first jar to have but when it is gone, I will order more.
I love it. Doing the gut program really helped me tune into my body. I went to a family restaurant, come to find out they don't use grass fed beef. My gut told me. Sadly they are off my list. I just love how my gut lets me know. It's awesome! Always listen to your gut, never doubt it. Now I know what that means. Ha ha ha.
It was awesome. Doing the program really helped me tune in with my gut. I lost more weight than I thought I could and that was a super plus. Out of all the learning I have accumulated with Randy and Rob as well as their amazing team, it was worth every penny I spent. Now with my health and gut back to what it's supposed to be I can now tell when I go to eat out (which is rare) my gut goes in to panic mode. That's what my body does now and I have never felt so in tune with my body. I love that the lip balm is so moisturizing and it doesn’t dry out on your lips like most others do. I did not have to reapply as frequently as with other lip products. Very good value.

The gut health program has been amazing for me. I am still in phase 2, but it has already done wonders for me. The biggest part is that I feel like I am detoxing, and rebuilding my gut to be healthy again. It has been a year and a half since I finished my last round of Metabolism Program, and I definitely needed a “refresher course”. That is what I call this Gut Health Program. Since my last round of the Metabolism Program, I am still keeping my weight loss that I had from then. Thankfully, this program did not make me lose any more weight, which I did not need to do.There are also so many other side benefits to this program: Being able to really taste my food again, my sense of smell has improved greatly, my skin feels healthy and not as dry During this winter season. I highly recommend this program for those of us that have been through the Metabolism Program already.
I’ve tried other lip balms over the years. The SCT Oil Balm helps my lips feel soft and helps my lipstick go on smoothly. Well worth the cost. Love this balm.
The only “butter” that I am allowed to eat has filled a craving void well! A bit expensive, but worth it!
