I love using the trace minerals and SCT oil everyday in so many of my meals, but my favorite is to add both to my coffee :-D My coffee has always been a daily 'need' to start my day, but with going through the H2Thin program I learned about fasting and the benefits for my body, plus learning the huge benefits of trace minerals & SCT; I have now switched my coffee to a daily want, that is packed full of healthy benefits to break my fast late mornings. So many good benefits with this program and their products. I will not go back to using other oils, salts, creamers or all the other harmful 'food' items out there.
Great produce. I just wish it was a little cheaper. When you live on Social security and a disability check the money does not stretch far. But it's a great product.
