I use this to cook (frying and baking). I don't drink coffee so I can't attest to that, but it tastes very similar to butter and can be used for so many things. I bought this because I'm on a metabolic clearing program and was told this is a great alternative. Although expensive, I love all the benefits and knowing that I'm not putting junk into my body. Due to the great benefits, it makes me feel better about using it on a regular basis. I hope as they grow, the price goes down a bit as it's a bit expensive for my budget at the moment. Absolutely love this product and I look forward to using it on a consistent basis for my health journey and beyond.

This SCT oil/spread is delicious and it is amazing how good it is for the body. I cook my eggs in it, spread it on my toast with a little cinnamon and a healthy sweetener, or add on top of my vegetables and meat. Any way you enjoy butter you can enjoy this. I love butter! But, have switched to using SCT as ahealtier alternative and love it!. Geat in Coffee, over veggies, any way you would use butter. Great taste.
